Holographic Jacket

I saw this gem from a coworker a few years ago and searched everywhere!! Found it yesterday at a thrift store for $5 with the Ragstock tag attached!! Brought it home. Gave her a clean and wow!! Super excited to wear her and show her off to my costume room! It fits great! I thought it was hilarious how loud it was and then read the reviews and laughed even more! I guess I can appreciate the humor seeing that I paid less than most. I would’ve paid full price had I found it online 3 years ago.

The jacket I received looked used, abused, and is no where near as wearable as the pictures make it appear. The holographic coating is peeling in some areas and it looks like it was crumpled up in the garbage before being shipped to me. It’s stiff, unmovable, and is sized HUGE. I feel scammed by Ragstock and will never trust their company again. I hoped for a fun rain coat and was severely disappointed.

Amazing quality for the price. Exactly as ordered.Wearing it makes me feel like I am a character in a cyberpunk movie.

I wish there was a better size guide. I bought a large and it fits decent but kind of curious how the medium would have done. I am 5'6" and around 170lbs. 36d chest, 32in waist, 43inch hips. It runs fairly long in the arms and wide but probably for the best so you can move in it. There is no stretch room and is definitely noisy from the material it is made from.. it's more of a thick, plastic feel (close to that of a tarp) and very stiff compared to that softer transparent vinyl/rubber feeling EVA or TPU material. The colors are pretty iridescent/ shiny rainbow colors as pictured and gets the job done for the costume I am creating for Halloween. It's worth the price you are paying.

Looks cool, but I received it all dirty with mud spots all over the lower half.

This jacket is SO much fun!! Very whimsical and colorful, with a delightful holographic glow that brightens up even the gloomiest rainy day!!! I wore it out in the woods and stomped through creeks and mud with my boots on and felt like the main character of a movie in this thing!!! It captures and refracts so well you look like a walking opal or a faerie while you’re out in cloudy day ambience! Great gift for anyone with a love of fantasy adventure or someone with a bright and bubbly personality! You WILL feel like a colorful bubble floating over the ground!

Jacket came with puncture marks all in arms and the way it’s packages it looks tacky and wrinkled up so bad creases that will not never come out not happy at all

It’s very pretty but super stiff and hard to move in. Not really wearable at all. And even if you get beyond the stiffness… it’s SO loud to move in. Like ridiculously loud if you move your arms. Comical almost. I’d say it’s for photoshoot purposes only. Not functional.

Yeah it’s stiff and wrinkled but its plastic raincoat, it’s never going to be soft. Super cute, love how it changes colors in the light-I feel like a beetle princess fairy if that makes sense. It’s waterproof and it can go over my cold weather layers no problem. I get compliments every time I wear it.

Color is cute.Pretty basic. Material is not flexible for comfortable wearing. Wrinkles from packaging won’t come out. Overpriced for the poor quality.

This is an adorable rain coat, but be prepared for it to be a material that is not pliable. Also, the way it's packaged/shipped makes it really crinkly looking and you can't really get it out because it's like plastic.

Material is very chunky and jacket is very ill fitting and heavy.

Honestly, this jacket is super loud and extremely stiff, to the point that the hood does not sit on your head, it just sits upright and is about 2 inches above your head, and if you move your head forward you are no longer under the hood. The garment is well constructed, but so stiff that it keeps your shape once you take it off. I cannot emphasize how loud this jacket is; I did not think a coat could be so loud but I have no idea how to even make it quieter. Excess clothes do not make it quiet. Also, the way it was packaged for shipment left a lot of small punctures in the fabric and made it excessively wrinkled. I am thinking of returning this item because I have no idea what kind of magic editing they did in the product photos, but the garment sits better on the models than it does on me. Also the sleeves are way too long.

Holo is already starting to come off and I didn’t even wear it. Size seems small and I sized up. Don’t feel like I’m actually going to wear it.

It’s a cute raincoat. I’m going to enjoy wearing it.

It's my absolute favorite jacket—and not just in the rain! You'll definitely stand out in it :D The material is quite loud, but it doesn't bother me at all. It's just a shame that Ragstock no longer ships directly to Germany, and I only got the jacket through a roundabout route. It would be nice if Ragstock would ship worldwide again.

Loved the concept and the look. However, it's SUPER stiff. The hood is neither flattering nor well-fitting. It's either popping up super high or molded to look good, but not on your head. Additionally, there were many scratches or marks on the material, although I didn't mind looking past that (thinking maybe I got a return or that's what happens when you pack it--shipping). Lastly, it was tight in the armpits and long in the sleeves, but that could be overlooked for fashion's sake over comfort.

This is absolutely the coolest raincoat I have ever seen. It goes with my holographic purse so I feel like a whole vibe.

The colors were beautiful but the material is stiff and very loud. I was able to return the item quickly and customer service was pleasant but I had to pay for the return shipping cost
