Online order- never again

I love Ragstock. Was stoked to see a shirt no longer in store was available online. So, I decided to order that one plus a few more items. Turns out their system was wrong. 2 of the 3 items were not in stock. It took a long time to notify me an update on my order. I went ahead with the last bfas club T-shirt. It was delivered, but not to me. When I reached out to Ragstock I got no reply. A neighbor ended up delivering it 3 days later and I updated Ragstock that the issue resolved. Customer service and their system needs work. Will shop in store from now on.
