NOTE: Recycled + vintage items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Returns and exchanges are easy! You have two options:

RETURN ONLINE

If you placed an order on Ragstock.com, you can initiate a return for that order online. Purchases made in Ragstock retail stores cannot be returned online, only in-store.

To start a return online, enter your order number + email, zip code, or phone number. You can choose to be reimbursed for your return one of three ways:

  1. Refund (to the original payment source)
  2. Gift card
  3. Store credit

Please note that gift cards and store credit issued for online returns can only be redeemed on Ragstock.com, not at Ragstock retail stores.

You can choose to generate a prepaid shipping label and have the postage fee deducted from your return amount. Alternatively, you can opt out of the prepaid label and ship the return back using your own shipping label. Either way, you must wait for your return request to be approved before shipping back your merchandise. Generally, we will respond to return requests within one business day (please note we operate Monday-Friday).

Once we physically receive your returned merchandise, we will process your return and issue your refund, gift card, or store credit within 3 business days.

RETURN IN STORE

Bring the packing slip and the items you’d like to return to any Ragstock location. See a full list of locations at ragstock.com/stores. Refunds will be issued to the original credit or debit card. This card must be brought to the store. Alternatively, you may choose to receive an in­-store credit, redeemable at any Ragstock location. Please note that in­-store credit cannot be redeemed on Ragstock.com.

Our website return policy differs from that of our physical store return policies. Please contact your local Ragstock for any questions about returns on your in-store purchases.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • All items being returned must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • All returns or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original order date
  • Returns over $100 cannot processed at a retail store, they must be done online
  • We cannot accept returns on international orders
