Returns + Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are easy! You have two options:

RETURN ONLINE
Submit an online request using your Order Number and Zip Code.

A refund will be issued within 1-3 business days of your ship date. Please note that online store credit cannot be redeemed at Ragstock stores. Online orders only! In-store purchases must be returned in store.
RETURN IN-STORE
Bring the packing slip and the items you’d like to return to any Ragstock location. See a full list of locations at ragstock.com/stores. Refunds will be issued to the original credit or debit card. This card must be brought to the store. Alternatively, you may choose to receive an in-store credit, redeemable at any Ragstock location. Please note that in-store credit cannot be redeemed on Ragstock.com.
Our website return policy differs from that of our physical store return policies. Please contact your local Ragstock for any questions about returns on your in-store purchases.
IMPORTANT NOTES
• All items being returned must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• All returns or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original order date.
• Holiday return policy: online orders placed after November 15th, 2023 will be eligible for returns/exchanges by mail through January 15, 2024.
