The Hip Zipper

What you'll find:

To start, the Hip Zipper is Nashville’s oldest “all vintage” clothing shop, located in the heart of East Nashville along with the rest of the shops on our list. It’s been voted as Best Vintage Shop in Nashville Scene’s Reader’s Poll 12 times and is the only shop mentioned here that’s open every day. Featuring a wide selection of items, from t-shirts and coats to dresses and accessories.

Star Struck Vintage

Known for their excellent, frequently-updated selection, Star Struck is a family-owned business that has tons of vintage shirts, jackets, cowboy boots, and much more ranging from the 1920s-1980s. They’re commended for their helpful staff. Mixed reviews on pricing, but seems to be fairly affordable for the area. It’s also at the beginning of East Nashville’s Vintage Trail—a section of Gallatin Ave with over ten vintage stores!

Music City Vintage

Music City Vintage has been open for less than two years, but is known for its great ’80s-’90s apparel focused on vintage street style. Come here if you’re looking for vintage t-shirts and jerseys, sneakers, and hats that will bring up all kinds of ’90s nostalgia.
