IF YOU ORDERED BEFORE NOVEMBER 8, 2022, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
RETURNS
1. Ship your return back to our warehouse (Online orders only! In-store purchases must be returned in store.)
A refund will be issued to your original payment source within 3-5 business days of us receiving your return. You can also choose to receive an online credit, redeemable at Ragstock.com. Please note that online store credit cannot be redeemed at Ragstock stores. Mail your items and the packing slip to:

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. When we process your return, we’ll refund up to $5.99 of any shipping fees paid on the original order.
2. Return items to a Ragstock store
Bring the packing slip and the items you’d like to return to any Ragstock location. See a full list of locations at ragstockcom.kinsta.cloud/stores. Refunds will be issued to the original credit or debit card. This card must be brought to the store. Alternatively, you may choose to receive an in-store credit, redeemable at any Ragstock location. Please note that in-store credit cannot be redeemed on Ragstock.com.
Our website return policy differs from that of our physical store return policies. Please contact your local Ragstock for any questions about returns on your in-store purchases.
Please keep in mind:
• Recycled and vintage items are not eligible to be returned for refunds, only store credit.
• All items being returned must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• Returns over $100 cannot be processed at a store they must be shipped back to our warehouse.
• All returns or exchanges must be received within 30 days of the original order date.
• Holiday return policy: online orders placed after November 15th, 2021 will be eligible for returns/exchanges by mail through January 15, 2022.

To exchange an item, fill out our exchange form (click here). Within 2 business days, you will receive an email authorizing the exchange. Once your exchange has been authorized, ship the merchandise you are exchanging to:

If we don’t receive the merchandise you’re exchanging within 30 days of your request being approved, your exchange request will be canceled.
