Ragstock Online Returns Policy – New Merchandise 

  • Returns must be received by Ragstock within 14 days of the original delivery date.
  • The customer is responsible for all postage and shipping fees on return shipments.
  • Refunds are initiated within 7 days of receiving the return shipment.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment source.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • The following are not eligible for refunds:
    • Returns received after 14 days of the original shipment date
    • Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains
    • Ragstock reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this Policy at any time without notice.
  • If you believe you have received defective merchandise, or were shipped incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), please email us within 5 days of receipt, or send the item back to us postmarked within 5 days of receipt.

How to Return New Merchandise Purchased Online

  • Carefully review our Returns Policy above to make sure your item is eligible to be returned.
  • Include your original packing slip in your return package, you can print and included your order confirmation email.
  • Put the packing slip, along with the item(s) – with original hang tags attached (if applicable) and in unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition – in a securely sealed shipping package.

  • Ragstock will not be held accountable for lost packages in transit.
  • Write down your tracking number, so you can see when we have received your package.
  • Please allow sufficient time for your package to reach us, plus an additional 7 business days for us to process your return. You will receive an email from us when your return has been processed and credited. Please allow 7-10 business days after your return has been processed for the refund to appear on your original payment source.

How to Exchange New Merchandise Purchased Online

    • Send an email to [email protected] detailing the items you’re returning, and the items you’d like to exchange for. Please include the colors, sizes, and product codes (see “additional information tab on the product page) for the items you are sending back, and the items you would like to exchange for.
    • When we receive your exchange request, we will check on the availability of the items you would like to exchange for. This can take 24-48 hours. When this is complete, you will receive an email authorizing the return.
    • Once your  return has been authorized, ship the merchandise you are exchanging to:

    • Once we have received your return, we will ship your exchange package at no cost .
