Online Store FAQ


  • Online orders are filled from our Minneapolis retail store. Due to constantly changing inventory, the colors and sizes you order may not be available.
  • Orders placed after 9AM Central are processed on the next business day. If your entire order is in stock, you can expect to receive it within 7-10 days.
  • If any items are out of stock, we will hold the order until we hear from you. Please watch for our emails! If you’d prefer a phone call, please specify in the order notes. If an item is out of stock, you will be given the option to substitute similar colors, sizes, and styles if available. If you’d prefer not to make a substitution, you can request a refund for a particular item.
  • Your customer service agent does not have direct access to online inventory data. Questions about the availability of specific products are forwarded to the store and may not be answered until the next business day.
  • We welcome orders for large quantities of particular products. Such orders may require reallocating inventory from multiple stores. This can add several days to the order processing time.

  • When your order has been packaged, you will receive an email with your tracking number. The tracking number will not become active until the package has been officially received at the post office. It is not uncommon for this to take 48-72 hours
  • We ship USPS Priority Mail. Once a package has been received by USPS, it takes 2-3 days for delivery.
  • Unless you specifically request ‘signature confirmation’, your package will not have to be signed for. After we ship your order, we cannot be held responsible for the delivery. If you have any delivery issues please contact your local post office or your mail carrier.
  • We are unable to offer Express Mail or overnight shipping on a regular basis. If you need an order shipped overnight, please contact us and we will do our best to accomodate your request.

  • Please contact orders@ragstock.com or reply to your original order email to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Online order returns must be sent back to the Minneapolis Ragstock store.
  • Merchandise ordered online can be exchanged at any Ragstock retail store. Retail stores cannot give refunds for merchandise ordered online.
  • Any merchandise that has visible signs of wear, damage, or laundering is not eligible for a return or exchange and will be returned to the customer
  • Customer is responsible for return postage.
